Do you always give an honest answer when asked for one?
When someone ask you a question and they preface it with give me your honest opinion, do you give them what they ask for?
I find myself being diplomatic, almost too diplomatic. There are some people who I know want the truth, while most want me to say what they want to hear. I'm just not good at that. If it is something that I have an opinion on, that is what I give. I will try to make it sound nice, but I can't play games and parrot what they want to hear. Then people get offened.
