I could do morning stretching but not lifting. I've tried. Last time I dropped a 45 lb. plate on my foot. I'm just not a morning person at all. I also battle insomnia from time to time...go figure.

r u serious, thats the #1 fear i have dropping a plate a 45 on ly foot. I lift weights with no shoes one just socks,that be painful. Hey Mrs. P what happend to ur foot

It was fucked for a couple of hours but by that night it was fine...not even a bruise. I had my sneakers on.

i cant, my room is also the coldest of the house here. Tonnight its on the 40's here outside and in my room itson the 40's no matter if the air con ison warm. Super cold here inmy room.

I can't sleep well if it's too cold. I use an electric blanket when I stay at my friend's up north in the winter.

I can't stand it when someone's got nasty feet and they walk around in sandals...grosses me out! You see that a lot here in FL, especially with old women. I get pedicures and like pretty feet. I'm barefoot all the time at home. Guys need to pay atention to foot hair and keep it to a minimum.
