Dammit....tight back muscles ruining my sleep
I took some Valium because I wanted to sleep early...got into that nice, peaceful 'woozy' zone and laid down. But, my back was still tight enough that I couldn't get comfortable...and couldn't fall asleep. Now, my back is nice and loose...but...the woozy feeling is gone...so I don't feel tired. A drink would fix this right up, but I don't have a drop of alcohol in the house right now. SHIT!! DAMMIT!!! I hate nights like this!

I knew it was gonna be sore...did bis today, and went for a cheat rep I shouldn't have doing dumbell curls. Arched back and to the side...that's all it takes.
