Unhappy Yet another "I am sick thread"!!
My throat hurts so bad. If I cough it feels like someone is hitting me with a hammer in the adams apple. I had a mild sore throat on friday and then friday night I had my Taekwondo test for a belt so I was yelling and screaming. Woke up today and felt 100 times worse. Now my nose is running. I have a headache all day. My body aches. Throat is killing me. Sucks SUCKS SUCKS. I wish I had more chicken soup. I already ate the only can and some Pandas Paw ice cream sounds mighty fine. Or a popsicle.

Feel better guys.

Stone...try gargling with wam salt water to help ease the soreness in your throat. Those antiseptic sprays that numb the throat help some too.

Remember that rest is pretty important when you're sick...if you don't get enough you'll be sicker longer.

yeah I have been sleeping all day these past two days. I just got up now and I still feel like crap, looks like I will have to forego work tomorrow so I don't get everyone sick (darn). Yeah Mrs. P I have done a bit of gargling but my throat is actually sore farther down than normal.

My daughter's complaining of the same thing. She's been running a fever off and on since Thurs.
