Music

Hey Everyone,
Well im new to the site, and I'm bored and i just got an MP3 player so i can listen to MY music at the gym. I was wondering what everyones fav music to listen to while lifting is, just to get to know people better. I personally listen to a variety, from metallica, eminem, to various techno/trance. THanx

This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

I just listen to what ever they gym is playing. Wearing headphones wouldn't work well since they play it fairly loud. I like what they play at night, it's mostly hard rock or techno (depends on who's workin). I don't go during the day very often, but they tone it down for the older people and housewives who go early in the day.

Welcome to the boards, Ryan!
