Fellow SM'ers, how are the holidays going? I am severly blowing my diet as of late. Anyone going through this delima?

my diet went for a shit starting xmas eve and as of yet i still haven`t stopped
all the cookies,pastries,rolls, squares . its soo tough and they are soooo good



ahhh shit what the hell

i `ll deal with it after the new year
till then get cho damm hands off that pie its mine i tell yah !!!!

I haven't really been eating much junk... At the most, I ate 3 sweet potato pies recently, one on X-mas eve, the other two on X-mas day.. I was hungry..

I've been off my normal diet since mid Nov. I gained 3 lbs as of yesterday. It's been fun but I'm looking forward to getting back on track in a few more days. I've been out of the gym for a few weeks trying to let my arm heal, which it's not, so yesterday I started training again...that felt GOOD!

I've been a pig...and don't care. I had planned on enjoying myself through the holidays. A little cardio here and there has helped keep damage down to a couple of pounds. Will start watching what I eat Jan. 10, when I start my cycle.
