New Member , Hello to All!
Hello all

Just a quick hello from VA, DC metro area. BEen lifting for 12 yrs. 6'1" 240lbs holding about 11% body fat right now. My lifting style is heavy, hard and lots of reps (just like sex )
Hope to cross paths with you all in some way shape or form.
