psyko1 is on a distinguished road
welcome. cardio and diet=fat loss. lifting=muscle gain. don't focus only on upper body, work your legs too. if you're a bit more specific about what you want we can help more.

I think I am going to start with cutting because in the summer i have a better control over when I can exercise and what I can eat (I am eating the main staple of the college student's diet, cup of noodle) As of now I am trying to target my following problem areas: turnip thighs, love handles and bitch tits (I trying to work it off instead of having the surgery). I been trying to start lifting but with my work load its making near impossible to get in the school's gym but what I can get in is some minimal lifting and some cardio (swimming or an hour of biking) I would try running but I feel funny having my body move up and down. If that was enough (to too much) I can add more. What I would probably need advice for those target areas and maybe and good diet / exercise plans that have worked for you guys. Also any supps that may help me achieve my goal in case doing it the natural way doesn’t work out.
