Hi, it's sootybaby, how is everyone?

I have just joined this site and here is my first query. I'm from england so good morning America and good whatever time of the day it is to the rest of you. First off, I herniated discs in my neck August '03 that led to impingement of the C7/C8 nerve roots. This has left me with weakened triceps. Has anyone else suffered this trauma and does anyone know if I can expect any more nerve recovery. Because it is currently the lowest common denominator as far as training goes. btw am work in a medical school in uk with grants for studies on IGF and its isoforms and WADA projects.

Laters,

Sootybaby

Nice to be here. I'm trying to get back to some kind of form although the effects of that hernia are still teeing me off. Also had decrompressive surgery on my shoulder a month or so ago so recovering from arthroscopy too. Had that problem for 15 years and must say it's good to be free from that pain. To much rugby in my youth! Great fun at the time but it sure leaves you wrecked when your time up. What's your sport?

Entertaining sign-on piccies. I'll have to find something representative for myself. Not my own obviously, far to pretty and wouldn't want to show everyone up! Will need advice on sourcing stuff but need to get back a modicum of form before that will be worthwhile. It's good to feel that post-taining muscle fatigue again.
