Introduction
I just wanted to introduce myself. About 10 years ago I went on a diet and exercise program and lost 130 pounds , at the time I was 6'5 and 360 pounds , My program consisted of running and a very srtict lo fat diet which did the job but never really gave me the look I was going for. About 3 years ago I started training in Muay Thai and Brazillian Ju-jitsu which was great until a sparring session tweaked up my knee pretty good , so now I have started Lifting 3 days a week and doing hIIT 3 days per week . As I am rather new to lifting I look forward to learning from you on this board. That is all for now, look forward to speaking with you in the future . Beans
