Howdy Everybody
Hi I'm new to this board and figured I'd introduce myself.
I started lifting when I was 14. I've always loved lifting weights, the pump it gives you and seeing you'r body transform with new muscle and strength.
I stopped working out in my twenties after I got married and started a family. I got divorced 3 years ago. I then joined a gym and started working out again. I met an Incredible woman. Who loves to work out. We started working out together, and she helped me get my diet in check. I used to eat beer and chicken wings now I eat a protein shake and whole oats. life is good.
I hope to compete in an amature Body Building contest in about 2 years. I've been working hard on my body and am almost ready to step on stage, but I've still got a long way to go with posing and getting ready for a competition. Thats why I'm here.
