Hey there! I'm an 18-year-old young girl, I'm from Argentina
As I said before I'm just starting so I don't have a plan nor a diet, but I've done a lot of reading and I'm getting some ideas. I don't know my BF% but I know I have to lose a lot to make my muscles show. Tomorrow my borther, who is a physical education proffessor, is making me a new routine and a diet I've been going to the gym for 4 months now, but I don't think my trainer's understanding what I want, that's why I asked my brother to fix me my new routine and a diet. I can't seem to talk with the trainer he's always kinda busy and thinking he knows what I want (he doesn't so...). I'm guessing I'll be asking more about my diet to you guys, though |
