Cool Hey everyone

Just joined yesterday - so far so good - lots of good info. As for me - I started working out again, after 24 years, in March, more recently I began a muscle building regimen around the middle of June - so far I've lost about 12 pounds of fat and gained 6 - 8 pounds of muscle, using a stack that consists of zinc (supports testosterone production), Bulgarian Tribulus (boosts testosterone production) and AllMax Nutrition's IsoFlex protein. I added creatine to the mix at the beginning of July. Up to now I've been using a Total Gym 1000 to work out at home (4 days on, 1 day off), but I think I'm going to outgrow it before too long. I also ride 20K to and from work 2 - 3 times per week. Anyhow, I feel great and by this time next year I should have the body I've always wanted. It's a lot of hard work, but it'll be worth it!

beefcake will become famous soon enough
Chuck Norris would be proud of you. However, if you are starting a muscle building regimen, you're gonna have to ditch it. Welcome to the board though.

Undoubtedly, you are right, but I have gotten some good results with it. Just don't use it the way good 'ol Chuck does - you won't get a damn thing out of it. It relies equally if not moreso on negative resistance and you don't get that by going as fast as he does in the commercials. I'm not trying to become huge, just respectably big. At 6'2" 200lbs on a small frame, I'm already a good size - another 10lbs of muscle should about do it for me (I hope).
