Please allow me to introduce myself...
Hello Everyone,
I am 26 yrs old and serve in the military. I am 6'0, 195 lbs 10% bf. My goals are to lose fat and gain muscle (simple to say, tough to do). Max bench 250, squat 200 (I just started to do squats) I have been snooping around the site for the last two weeks. I normally only post on the sports or relationship forums, but read the nutrution, training, supplement forums everyday. I am very active, but not nearly as knowledgeable as most of you about physiology. I have really learned alot about what makes my muscles tick since I've logged on. |
