Hey!

Hey guys and gals, my name is Riley, I'm 19, 165, 5'11. I'm a first year college student majoring in Chiropractic. I'm currently working my ass off trying to gain some muscle and be comfortable with my physical appearance. I'd appreciate any messages or feedback from anyone, thanks and take care!

How do you guys fight through non-motivational lifting days? I find myself sometimes frustrated due to the lack of energy I may have on workout days.

Just remember what you look like in the mirror when you get through and how good it feels the rest of the day
