Let's do it!
Hello. I started back in the gym last november. I weighed 285 mostly FAT, even though I'm 6'6. I have a nutrition and exercise background. I was just depressed for a year and did nothing but eat and watch T.V. . Decided to do something and I loved body building back when I was 19-22. I love exercise in general.
Now I wiegh 235 and really solid about 10 bf. Everything is very defined and I'm starting to bulk up. BTW I'm 33 years old and partly retired. Weight training is my life now. I really enjoy this web site it's the best trust me. I've surfed enough! I have the time money and knowlege;the things I didn't have when I was younger. I quit when I was 22 still remember my measurements. I want to get bigger, stronger and more defined. I have a endomorphic body type and they used to call me "baby Arnold". With 58" chest, 18" arms, 25" waist, thighs 22, and calves 16. NAtural. I think I can beat this in another year. I don't care about natural anymore. This is my private life, my body. I hope this isn't to much. Take care.

"Experiencing this pain in my muscles and aching and going on and on is my challenge. The last three or four reps is what makes the muscles grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on." |
