Tater is on a distinguished road
hey

I google'd a product and one of the first links was this forum. I've been searching this forum for about an hour now and have found some good info. Thought i would make a profile to ask my own questions. Hope to get along with everyone here!

LOL, yeah i live in AR and that's as country as you can get right there. Oddly enough, my friends started calling me Tater way before the blue collar tour started. I've heard plenty of jokes from it
thanks for the welcome!

New to the board, not new to lifting or nutrition, but new to AS, just started my first cycle ever at age 35, seems to work, so far so good, the needle thing freaked me out a little, but after researching and reasearching, its easy and safe..... Seems the rumors of all the bad stuff about AS, its as usual taken out of proportion by the media! using a anti-estrogen and PCT, along with a normal dose of TEst cyp.... I have not felt this good since i was 18..... :dancingne
Glad to be here!

****Started at about 220-223lbs...
just weighed myself-----239lbs......
Tonight will be my fourth shot----6 protein drinks a day, at 30grams..... 6-7 meals, lots of veggies, chicken, salad, Oatmeal (which i hate).......red meat once a day....... Started benching 260lbs, for reps, now doing about 285lbs. for reps....
warm-up 12 reps--220lbs
8 reps----250
6 reps----285
3 reps----285-315...... Typical training.....

But i have not lifted seroiusly for awhile, so the climb is pretty normal, after a couple weeks of intense lifting.... But everything seems to be lighter....... So far no side effects.... :dancingne
