hi i am new to this site. I love working out. I am 19 and i started lifting when i was 17. I enjoy the gym very much. I recently moved away from home on my own for school and havent seen the gym or been eating right for 4 months. I have lost a pretty good amount of ym size. But for the last 3 weeks i have been in the gym agian 5 days a week and eating properly i am happy to say. I am already getting signs of my size back
