Whats Poppin??

whats up people? i decided to register after looking at the site for a little while, i came on here to pretty much lean down, im 19, 6'0 and 240, used to play football, do powerlifting, that whole thing, and then i had knee surgery and it took me back to square 1, then school got in the way, and now i finally have the time i need to dedicate to working out and my diet, this site seems to be the place to do it.

if anybody has any suggestions off top, or could point me in the right direction, i would really appreciate them. my main priority is getting rid of the weight, i want to get rid of it as quick as possible, and then build myself up from there, any advice would be great. thanks

What "he" means is that you write your "Proposed" diet(as in what you expect to eat) while you're taining/cycle/etc....This way "we" can guide you and help along the way.
