Not new but I'm back
Haven't posted in probably 2 years, but I'm back to throw my 2 cents now and again. Just got back to working out again after taking off alot of time and wasting it on partying and drinking.

Yeah I think I remember keeping a log and saying something about partying one night and not being able to work out the next day and losing weight. Then I think you bitched me out and asked if it was worth it.
