hello all I am shiko24 from MC.com. I am 5'9" and 210lbs right now. I am starting my second week today of my winter bulker. I am trying to get up to 230lbs or so by Jan 1 '04, so I am running a 12 weeks cycle. I have been body building since I was 24 I started useing gear when I was 26. my first cycle was an 8 week bulker of dbol/deca/sust. I went from 190lbs to 214.07 in that time. I kept 205lbs till I ran my cutter that spring. a 6 week prop/tren run. I stayed at 208lbs the intire time but my strength went throgh the roof. I started cutting for a show 16 weeks out the show would have been my first. I cut from 205lbs @ 12% bf down to 184lbs @ 8 1/2% bf. at 5 1/2 weeks out I thought I had gyno and stopped the prop/winny I was on at the time. to my luck it was not gyno. I started back gaining weight and got back up to 205lbs. after 1 week of bulking I am at 210lbs at this time I am running this.
