am 37 year old, a started working out a year ago, the before picture was taken in summer 2002.
Diet: CKD Workout: 5 days a week, one muscle per day, rotate heavy and light weigh each week. here is the before

Dude, you don`t even look like the same person. Fantastic! How`s that mid - late 30`s working for ya? Looks like it is working good to me. I`ll be 35 in June and I know it is a struggle as I get older to keep off the fat and maintain the physique. Thanks for the inspiration!!!
