Venom...you look fantastic! You should be damn proud of yourself.

When you do legs don't forget to add in some calf work. My favorite is the donkey press machine, that exercise seems to get them the best for me. I like to do legs in 2 seperate days too. One day focussing on the top and the 2nd on calves.

Mrs Puddles i killed my calves monday and come wednesday i litteraly couldn't walk... i wasn't expecting it at all, i got out of bed and fell down and for the next two days i had to walk on my toes because i couldn't get them to relax... oh well

TP: maybe if i get all bloated Mrs. Puddles and Veggie will find me more attractive

I love rocks, especially the hardest ones, DIAMONDS! They're not exactly good to cuddle with but they sure look good and are nice to fondle.
