thanks. i have to minimize my deadlifting. i was in a car accident 6 years ago and i had to have a back surgery as a result of it. i was out of the gym for 4 years. i love deadlifting though. i can only get up around 290-305. as for heavy rows...lets just say i love doing back. my favorite body part. i try to destroy my back every time out. thanks for the imput.
