Geoffke, If it were me I would never open this thread again. Its not that everyone dislikes you. You just came in a little hot, dropping challenges and stuff like that. Start posting in other forums and give some advise as well as take some. This thread is going nowhere.

Just came back from the gym today I've trained back I'm trying Arnolds training shedule now. I had a good workout guys! I also started the cardio since yesterday and I'm on 1000 mgs test a week now with deca 400 mgs. That should do the trick! Watch me over 8 weeks from now guys!

I love to encourage people and see them strive, but if you come off as an asshole no one will want to help you. why piss people off with a big ego, that makes no one's day. it just makes it harder to get some help when you really need it. There is a fountain of info here why seclude yourself from that. you may need some help someday(like when your balls shrink and you start to get tits) and no one will give you any, because you acted like a jackass. these guys know what is going on so show them some respect, i learn everytime i sign on. repect that, i think the good majority of people on here do.
