You've got some excellent lats there. They seem to be a bit out of proportion to shoulders and arms (based on the pics) but you've got an excellent physique! Nice work.

thanx for the compliment! My back is kind of my best bodypart. And my shoulders aren't out of proportion, if you look at them from the sides, they're overdeveloped compared to arms. But viewed from the front or the back, they don't look so big.
And my arms are my weakest points next to calves. But I'm working them hard to keep them up

In the summer I will post new pics... I hope to be a lot bigger by then (I will be ofcourse )

yeah yeah! But I haven't trained my calves for like 1,5 years or something

every time I work my legs I ain't got the power to also blast my calves... that sux... and I guess I just can't change them all that much... even when they're pumped they look like toothpicks

OK, get off your buttski and try changing your leg exercises around so that you still have a bit of energy to blast calves. However they are a very stubborn muscle and can take a real beating before they grow. yes, it's THAT simple..LOL

changing my leg exercises? what's to change about them? I just do the basics, squats and leg presses, followed by leg curls for hams... If I have to adjust anything it's the intensity, but I don't think that's such a good idea, my upper legs are responding well to the training...

Maybe I should train them on another day maybe...
What's your calf routine like?

Sorry, I meant change the order of your leg exercises. Keep some energy for calves since they are your weak spot (that's a quote BTW) LOL

P.S. I do calves at the end of leg day, basic standing calf raises using a hip belt

hip belt... that's a nice idea... better than the machine version, it feels more natural ofcourse.
How many sets and reps do you do approximately? and where do you stand on when you perform the exercise?

thanx

3 x 10-12, as heavy as possible. The hip belt is attached to the bottom pulley of a cable gym using a chain. I stand on a slighty raised step and that way can raise and lower my heels while standing on toes/ball of feet

Those are fairly decent lifts - and might account for that wide back

Biceps_Blitz, are you asking what "stats" are? or asking someone in particular what their stats are?

(stats are basically height, weight, body part measurements)
