hey, looking great!!
i was wondering, how much are you lifting these days? as for benching and bicep curling etc... also, what are your measurements? biceps, calves, chest, thighs??? you look fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hi Spyder210,
even though i admire powerlifting i dont use to maxout in my workouts,because im afraid of the risk of enjury The last time i tryed to do my max. in benchpress, its 2 years ago, with 110lbs. Now i use to do 3 reps with 200lbs at the 5. set, and there i finish. For dead lifts its the same and for byceps i mostly use 45lb dumbels and 8 reps. [ Hope i didnt desapoint you and my measurments [taken right now]: chest 36inch, biceps 16inch, calves 17inch, thigs 22inch *Kristy* Quote:
