Nothing spectacular. I have added more muscle and am starting to lean out. I gained 14 lbs of fat in the last 5 months of bulking, but it was well worth the 6 lbs of muscle. As long as I am progressing I am happy

I leave town in a few weeks, to herd cattle in the mountains of Montana for 8 months. No computer & no internet!!!

OMG! Talk about withdrawl!

I'm hauling my weights (just dumbells) I doubt I'll be able to grow, but will be happy just to maintain. Hitting a gym will happen once a week when I go to town for supplies. I'll do heavy compound movements on that day.

wow 8 months. that sounds like fun. I would love to get away like that and be with nature with nothing around. sometimes i feel like shutting my computer off for a week. but it is very hard and I would miss everyone. LOL
