My NJ States Competition Pix. . .
These are from 2 weeks ago. (first set 3 weeks, from warmup show) I just turned 21, im 5'8, and weighed in at 176lbs, middleweight. Took 3rd Open suburban and Open States.

Umm abs come from mommy n daddy lol. I have pix at 2yrs old with abs... i cant imagine NOT having abs. They are the first thing to get shreaded when i diet.

Not natural, sorry lol. At my age, this level of development on my small bone structure aint comin naturally.

Well, after aldactone and diazide, i got a water rebound of 38lbs 5 days later! lol. I was up to 218 at one point. Im back down to like 208 now, pretty steady.
