size and definition are both there, looking great big
Can you give me any advice on how to build calfs, That is my only body part that doesn't grow, my whole leg just gets thicker and bigger and my calfs are lagging badly.

Thanks bro!

quads:

deep squats
135 x 10 - warm up
225 x 10 - warm up
315 x 8 - warm up
405 x 6
465 x 6
496 x 5

Used to do leg press, but now I'm precontest so I added lunges...

3 sets x 12 -15 reps

hammies I do leg curls and stiffies. 3 sets each x 8-10 reps.

calves I do calf press x 3 sets and seated raises x 3 sets. Reps are pretty high....12-20 reps per set works best for me.
