as of this week im 19 weeks out..i start dieting 16 weeks out so i have plenty of time to lean out...id like to come in as a super heavy weight(224+) sorry the pic is so big, i dont think i look to good in the pic cuz it was a nite , plus no pump..ill keep u guys posted..
