Location..

Believe it or not, that is a shot from the deck of my parents home in NJ. Yes, NJ. Its very southern NJ though, nothing but fields and cows out here (makes it much less suspicious when I order my tren though).. If you interested, Mapquest the town Fairton, NJ. That's where I live.

Thanks for the compliments though. I will be taking more pictures as I progress through my cycle, so I will try to get some good backdrops from around my house in all of them. Then at least you guys have something worth looking at.

My steer is feeling the effects of his impants already.. Well, maybe not, but mentally, its still nice to know your "on the grow"!

Thx Stone, that's what I am hoping for.

I weigh right around 225 right now.. I was hoping to hit 230 before I started cutting back, but that's not going to happen this summer.

Now, if only I could get my arms to come up like yours. I have the "monkey" syndrome. My fucking arms must be about 4 feet long each. If you put a tape measure on my bis, they are fine for someone my size. But to look at them.. Damn it!

Thx Meat. Nice rear in your avatar!

On another topic, I went to an amatur BB show this weekend. Some of the people were pretty good, but I definately should compete heavyweight. Those guys looked terriable. Heighweight must just be an acronym for "I am fat and don't want to diet". It was fun though, the first show I have ever been at. My GF keeps pushing me to compete; and finally through down the gauntlet a few weeks ago "Either you going to compete, or your going off the juice". I don't think that she realizes what hell she is getting ready to bring on herself, but if that's the deal I have to make, so be it. Shit, I am just happy she is being supportive at all.

So, where do you think I should focus my attentions? What looks the weakest in my pics?

Definitely see some improvement in overall development of muscularity.
As far as what looks weakest, it's hard to say without seeing leg shots. Only posting pics of upper body makes me think maybe lower body needs most work! As far as upper body, I would focus on bis and back width--especially if you really intend on competing in the heavyweight class-you will need the width.

Yeah, stupid rotten bis. That is what I see as my weakest point.. That you saw anyway. My legs are not bad, but not great. I know I could use some work there. I will try to get some shots up.

I am thinking that if I consider competition, I am not going to go into the HW class right off the bat. The competition is just too huge at that level. So I am thinking that I should probably cut to middleweight. Where are the weight classes anyway? I know middleweight is in the 200's, but I don't know the exact weight. I am sure I could cut to 210 without losing much muscle. Here is my standard bi and back workout, comments are welcome.

Bis.

4XDumbell bicep curls
4XDumbell hammer curls
4XEZ Bar curl
4XCable hammer curls (using a rope, typically)
4XCable straight bar curls

Back.

4XWide grip pullups
4XNarrow grip pulldowns
4XBack extensions
4XWide grip rows
4XNarrow grip rows.

Yeah, pretty basic. Let me know where I could make some improvements, and overall comments.

Thx.

Entirely too much volume. Youre way overtraining. 20 sets of bi's, then followed by 20sets of back... wow...

That would be overtraining--at least for me. I know higher volume works well for some people (like Lee Priest) but I have not had much success with it. I actually grew much more off doing about 12 sets total. I do like the inclusion of hammer curls cause I've found those really enhance the shape/fulness of the bicep. Do you do bis and back on their own days or do you do them with other body parts?
I love wide-grip pullups for lat development--just make sure you're getting full extension/contraction on each rep. I have seen and have failed myself to do this and it really hurts the development of the full length of the lat. Are you also doing dead lifts as a substitute for back extensions some weeks? As far as the rows, I would make sure you're doing free weight rows in addition to machine rows. Things like barbell rows and unilateral dumbell rows can really make a difference, especially if you are not using them on a regular basis.

Good to see you back man. Looks like you've made some improvements. Is it your b-day today too? Happy b-day man.

let's see wheels bro, it's hard to critique without at least one full body shot, as for the arms you are over training those suckers big time - back off it and just keep hammering the big muscle groups and they will keep up.

Well, that workout I gave you is my arm workout AND my back workout. They are done on 2 seperate days.

My legs are nothing great. I just don't want to train them much anymore because they are getting too big to get into normal pants. I think that if I look to compete, I will try to bring them up. But for astetics, they are as big as I want them.
