Im a body builder lookin for a good place to talk about nutrition, trade secrets about workout routines and maybe talk about good/bad supplements some of us may or may not have tried.

on this board, we like to keep the toolsheds who only come here to oogle women away from them. for someone who's first post to be asking a woman to chat with them, they are in my book - a toolshed - and someone who's obviously not here to discuss anything related to working out and/or nutiriton.
