This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. I have no fear of fainting. I do squats until I fall over and pass out. So what? It's not going to kill me. I wake up five minutes later and I'm OK. A lot of other athletes are afraid of this. So they don't pass out. They don't go on."

Nice size...your shoulders look unreal. Your upper/middle back lis grazy but your lats are lagging a bit. It could be the way that you are flexing, Im not about to give a seminar about how to pose but remember when your doing a dbl-bi flex like your doing a pull-up and it should help show your lats.

Yeah, I dont know how to flex.

I need to do wide pulldowns, and chins for width, and my bis are comming back finally after an injury. They will be back to normal in about a month.

Im 23, and 5'10. I need a little more size, espacially in my weaker areas, and then get lean, and hopefully compete when im 25 for the first time.
