just behind the skull, but w/elbows in. the video looks more like a french shoulder press, i guess, lol. like a close grip behind the neck press...

fuck... that was hardly clean. And it is not that impressive. I do that shit all the time and I have never juiced nor do I wear elbow wraps. Your elbows are supposed to be locked when doing a french press.
Lets see you do that lying on a decline bench. If you could do that as a real skull crusher I would be impressed. Or.. lets see him do a one handed overhead tricep extension with 100-125lb dumbell. That should be easy enough. |

i do not like to bash or flame...so alls im goin to say i know for myself i like to use a form that always keeps me growing....rule of thumb excerise the weights not ure ego....plus i was spotting someone that was doin the same lift, and there tri poped...it was a nasty sound, an looked very unpleasent....

Well.. all I got are pics. These are 180lb db's.. I do sets of 8-12 with these. The old gym I trained at in Texas I often used 220lb db's for sets of 8.
I haven't had a DV camera in a while but I ll see what I can do. I am always up for a challenge. But some pics... so you don't think I am full of shit. |

nope.. was a heavy chest, shoulder, tricep day. These pictures are a bit old though. Over a year. Since then I benched 500lbs... quit lifting for about 6 months after the 500lb bench and came back a few months ago. My elbows were killing me from all the heavy tricep work. Maybe if I juiced.

looks like shoulder press to me bro -- back off on the weight slow the movement down and you will get alot more out of it

This is not what I do for tris I was just fucking around that day and kept throwing the weight on. So I love all the "EGO" comments im not a ego lifter just threw some weight on the bar and went for it.
cfm- Yea I hear ya flamming don't go getting all sensitive on me cause a friend of mine threw up a video. Ya got some impressive lifts yourself so its all good. |

Im still impressed , i can only do 225lbs skull crush on a incline bench , but this was 250 anyway you look at it thats alot of weight, even if his form wasnt a perfect scull crush , still try doing exactly what he did and find out how fucking hard it is.
looks like cfm can also throw the weight around and his bench looked pretty clean so i gotta give him props too. but to say one or the other isnt impressive is just nonsense.

see.. and there you go. I had no idea that you post a bunch of vids to get people pumped up about lifting... every other board I have been people brag when they show videos like that. To me, benching 500lbs is not impressive and if I saw a video I wouldn't be impressed. So I was comparing what I saw to what I have seen.. without consideration for why you posted the video.
