Vander, looks good bro but the pics you are taking accent your best body parts. Dont get me wrong, you look great. But you have to be honest with yourself so you can dial in the lagging bodyparts. Post a a few full body shots from head to toe. I would like to see a relaxed front head to toe so I can see your whole structure. Again, not flaming you bro, you look great.

you think i wont look good from a front relaxed full body pose and im hidding things ? thats one of my best poses you hurt my feelings LOL , but didnt you see my first set of pics??
and didnt you see my quaterturn pose thats a full body i know its from the side but you can still judge me from a side quater turn? right?, by the way about those last pics I couldnt exactly drop my pants in broad daylight in a busy parking lot in front of my friends resturant now could I AHAHHAAA .

ok im 8 weeks out this is what my diet consists of

10 eggs 2 whole eggs+ 1/2 cup oatmeal
IDS whey protein shake + apple
chicken+ red patatoes or brown rice + veggie
salmon + yams or brown rice+ veggies

after workout
Ids whey protein shake + 1/2 cup oats
steak + sweet patato or brown rice + green beans
2tblsp natural PB 2tblsp flax oil + rice cake



protein = 350
carbs = 250
fats = 50 or more

traning split
mon = legs
tues = back (width day)+ calves
weds = chest + calves
thurs = hamstrings + calves
fri = back (depth day) + shoulders
sat = bis + tris
sun = rest day

ok, your huge, ripped , lookin great. from what i remember u have some back injury so you cant work the weels as much as possable. sorry. anyway, the legs do look a lot less striated then up top, kinf of like lee priest recently. just my 2 cents. you have more muscle in your right tri as i do in my whole body, thanks for the pics, they get me pumped. good luck at the show.

i think you look great all around. the legs lag just a tiny bit, but not enough to hurt you. i think a lot of people are missing the fact that you are dieting! your upper body obviously leans out before your legs...you just look like your still holding a bit of water to me. at the rate you are going, i think that your overall package will dial in nicely come showtime ...

yea i forgot add that my legs are a little smooth but for being 8 weeks out and holding alot of water i think there gonna come in razor sharp ,, this is how my body loses fat , it first starts in the abs then the back then finally the legs so its the last place to get ripped but it always does cause theres really not that much fat in my legs. thanks for the compliment.
