Cool

Thanks guys, I agree my forearms are too thin for the rest of my arm....I am going to start hitting them harder.. !!

As far as synthol.. lol.. no way man.. never tried it.. never will..actually I am natural there... in fact I have not hit any gear since 97, I went through 9 years of terminal illness with my folks, changed carreer and in that pic I had just gotten back into the game about 9 months prior....Muscle Memory and solid schooling from some Masters really helped!!!

Hey meat.....My routine is nothing different than anything you might have read. My Tris always responded well and when I was a teen my lateral head grew a lot so under some advice I started hitting the long head harder... The funny thing was that I really did not change my routine, I changed my mind....I was taught by a master to engage the muscle and that making that mind-muscle connection was very important. What this translated to was that deep contraction you should get on your extensions and presses. This contraction/connection can only be established with a full stretch. I was also taught the significance of a full range of motion and strictness in form. Being I am tall I had to cut my weight down to accomplish those two... Basically what all that translated to was that every tri exercise was performed very controlled and strict, elbows in, by your sides, etc... Except on maybe the last few reps on a heavy day, I try not to engage secondary muscles like the chest and front delt when working tri's...

YO 01CLK.. What up bro... Thanks man... Same goes to you to man... keep training... Like the song says... You aint seen nothing yet......!!!!!

Intresting bro, thought maybe you had a special routine or something. My tri's are where I'm lacking, I guess I haven't been strict enough on my form. I'll have to try that out
Thanks man

What exercises are you utilizing? I feel there's a lot of worthless triceps exercises out there. I feel my lateral tricep is pretty good, so i'm trying to get the outer head in there. I only utilize 6 different exercises, and I only use 3 per workout, so every workout is changing it up. ie 3 sets of lying bbl skulls, 3 sets of close grip bench, 3 sets of overhead dumbell french press. Next week on tri's will be 3 sets of lying db skulls, 3 sets of reverse cable extensions, 3 sets of straight bar cable pressdowns. I see a lot of people doing those db kickbacks, db overhead extensions, and rope handle cable pressdows, but I just feel those are worthless.

Yeah I don't do any of those anymore, I think my problem was just that I wasn't truly focusing on the movement. The day I do tri's is a busy day for me so I think I just need to take the extra time to focus more on the contraction and not rush myself. Thanks guys

I agree bro, I keep it pretty simple too.. Basics have always been the best for me...

Sorry if this comes across as being an asshole. But the more pics you post the faker they look. Take it as a compliment if they're all 100% untouched. But they just look pixelated around the edges, blurry in spots, off balance in shade etc.....the usual photoshop/photosuite signs. If I'm wrong it won't be the first time, and sorry again.

Ok man, I did crop the pic with mspaint because it was huge after I took it from the Digital camera but hey if you think it is touched than so be it... Nothing I can do to change your mind. But I have not blown the pic up at all using Photochop. If you like I will post the original without cropping... But it is not my style to get into a pissing contest on net about the way I look. However we could always argue whether Denise Masino had a big clit before the gear or was it solely from the gear...

Yo meathead... In regards to me catching the gay... I have to wonder why you would be discussing my physique with the guys you work with... Unless that is you work at the Blue Oyster Bar... In that case then hey you have every right to your suspicions...Kind of like the pot calling the kettle gay…

But no I am not gay... Strictly a breeder…
