That's cool, m8. It's all about giving an honest feedback. Well, actually I measured my hight today, its exactly 6'. Also I think my scales are kinda messed up too lately. I used scales at my gf's house and it showed 225 pounds. Whatever the case is, my bf% never been that high before. I think I am like 20-22% right now. My waist is 38". Feel really fat right now but whenever I put any weight on, either fat or muscle, its helps me to push heavier weights. I am much stronger than I was back in June so kinda happy with how much I progressed. in 2 weeks I ll start cutting, drop my carbs, no more junk food, up protein to 400 a day.2 weeks later I ll hit cardio 3 times a week. So hope I ll drop to about 9-10% bf. Just hope that I ll get to keep as much muscle as I can. Last time I did cutting, lost too much muscle due to not enough protein. I ll post more pics in a few weeks.
Just a little question, do u think my arms are lagging a bit especially my tris? One last pic of my back, not much different from last one. Thanks |
