calm down man, seriously. we can all see you have very good potential to work with and we're just trying to help. he didn't mean anything bad about the gyno comment he's just trying to point something out. gyno has nothing to do with the pic pose man, and even if you do weigh 215, timmas just pointing something out to help you work on, not flaming you. trust me, you won't believe what a good diet and some intense training will do for you at your age. the right foods would do a WHOLE lot more than a bottle of winstrol will do for you. when you get that nailed after a few years and you see the impressive gains you have made and then you consider AAS you will be very suprised i promise.

and by the way one other thing i left out, if you don't know what gyno is you def. don't won't to do any kind of AAS right now, its not magic in a bottle. food is far more anabolic than any kind of steroid

There are some real pros hear that know what they are talking about. It takes a long time to build a great body and there is a lot more to it than throwing around some wt. In fact diet is far more important than wt. and supplements. You seem to be hung up on your body wt and it really doesn't matter what you weigh. what matters is body fat to lean muscle mass. over all bodyweight doesn't mean a dam thing. you can be a 260 pound body builder or a 260 pound couch potato they weigh the same but look a lot different in a pair of posing trunks. I would move on and get down to the things that matter.

gyno is gynecomastia. This is excessive development of the male mammory glands, frequently secondary to increased estrogen levels. That's straight from a medical dictionary.

while you may be 215 you that means you ARE carrying bodyfat. and you have natural gyno so DO NOT do streroids unless you fully research the affects of what they can do. and honestly you need someone else to take the pictures to give us a good view of what you look like.

Yeah gyno, it looks like you have the beginnings of it in your 4th pic. It might be that you have some fat there (I know I feel like I do...sometimes...) or that you used gear before and you never used an estrogen inhibitor (like 6-OXO)....not something horrible, a lot of my friends in High School had that issue when off season started (when they started drinking beer again) and later on after bc they didn't do anything not even cardio.

As for me I'm 6'3" and I weigh like 240. On a personal note, I can believe it, bc I was 6' when I was 18 looked about the same and I had a 36" waist -this is from experience. Anyway, I could understand if you wanted to get seriously cut bc I can do all the ab exercise and what not for the life of me, but until I actually start doing Cardio more than twice a week (more like 5+) I'll never see what I've worked for. As for the aas...wait, I mean you'll be a lot more satisfied with yourself if you cut down on your own without any gear than if you did because then you'll know what you worked and sweated your ass off for, was your own deal and that what you look like is something you can continue and maintain without the assistance of a pill or shot. Later on after you've cut down or whatever, and you want to do gear, then hey go for it but research and get educated, bc if not you might do yourself more harm than good. Just be patient everything is always slow at first, but if you start up on cardio and add mor days as the time passes, just (I am too) start NOW (like tomorrow or Monday) then you will be ripped for Spring Break. I know that is when everyone shows off what they've worked hard for over Winter for so, might as well make the most of the Holidays and get a head start before the rest, you (in fact we all) will be that much farther ahead of the game.
Peace!

Right On! Mine is the same spanish and all and rice, black beans, or mashed potatoes (My Mom is Georgia Southern) were always on the dinner plate. And I always finished dinner bc it was good! The big question is do you drink Soda that late with dinner? If someone is ever going to drink Soda because they have to or they can't function, drink it in the morning after breakfast or at lunch. If you drink after a certain point in the day it just goes into fat storage for you to use later on when you need iot because basically your body used up all of the carbs and calories it could've used from the soda earlier. Some of it is diet, while some of it could just be frequency; how many times a day do you eat? how many times do you eat a snack? what do you usually eat? And to be totally honest if you can get off soda the better, bc it really doesn't help you if you're cutting but also in the big picture it's not the greatest thing to drink consistently...unless mixing Jack or Crown with Coke...but you'll learn about that kind of fun in a few years if you haven't already.... ;-D
Later!

Yeah Soda is hard to get off of....like cocaine, it's addictive...so, yeah sloppy jo is right, look at the diets on here and compare yours to 'em and see what you can change or adapt to yours.

well there is your problem. your diet is terrible. take a look at the diet section. 3 meals a day is not going to cut it.

lxorl, thats what i'm sayin. i'm 6 foot, 195lbs and i would look like ronnie coleman standing next to him! haha

ok, on a serious note. like bouncer said, your diet totally blows ass (sorry to be rude). its not your training or running thats wrong, its your diet.

it sounds like you eat the majority of your calories later in the day. big mistake. you should be eating the majority of your calories much earlier in the day.

an apple for breakfast, come on man! down some eggs WITH the yolks (this is good fat which you need, plus eggs raise test levels in the blood) plus get a bowl of oatmeal, grape nuts, or quaker oatmeal squares in there with your eggs.

eating a large breakfast will jump start you metabolism for the day and help you get rid of the fat.

Alright, I've been reading the thread for the last couple weeks and I feel like I need to throw my two cents in for the guy. Before I started working out, I weighed 205 at 6' and looked really similar to his pics. It all just depends on how you carry the weight. I got a really big a$$, but I never got a gut or anything. I don't question that he weighs 215 but I do question his motivation and desire. It's hard to see evidence of working out or eating right. I wish I had a before pic of myself to back this poor guy up on his weight. Upper body pic would have looked weak with some but not a ton of fat, just like his.

BTW, now I'm 175 and look bigger than when I weighed 205-it really just depends on how you carry the weight, IMO.
