Yeah a little here and there but not too much. I'm about 10 pounds heavier and I lopped off the hair. I have a show in January so I am getting prepped for that as far as body fat and muscle mass go.

I was about 220 give or take with about 15-18% BF. College, work and wrestling full time sucked and I didn't know a lot about correct training and diet.
