Looking good bro. The guy in the blue shirt behind you doing curls in the first vid reminds me of that part in pumping iron where Lou is walking in the gym and they show the little fat guy doing curls. lol

No it looks aboul 100lb, but its real good form, not slow and just enough upptorso movement to keep the range of motion constant and smooth with good control.

I train only for maximum pump nothing else , weight doesnt really play much of a role its more so high reps with a decently heavy weight that gives me perfect form and a huge pump if i go to heavy ill lose both so theres no need just fill that muscle with blood expanding facia .
