Good diet and training info here.

Some pics of me - my build isn't quite up to par cause I haven't been able to get to the gym very regularly over the past couple months .. blah, blah .. excuses, excuses .. in any case, this is me.

I'm 5'8" and about 155lbs. BF .. no clue. Haven't had it measured in a few years.

Thanks.

I've had two consecutive rotator injuries over the past year - each shoulder. One a work out injury and the other .. don't ask. It made it difficult to do any serious chest workouts and shoulder workouts didn't really exist. I just did what I could. Both are now healed but I'm still being a bit cautious.
