I've had two consecutive rotator injuries over the past year - each shoulder. One a work out injury and the other .. don't ask. It made it difficult to do any serious chest workouts and shoulder workouts didn't really exist. I just did what I could. Both are now healed but I'm still being a bit cautious. |
