4 Months of training. Any advice would be great.

This pic is after four months of training. Dropped 13lbs then went up 16. All natural. I take no supplements and was wondering if this took four months, if I was on supplements if I could advance quicker. I do not know anything about supplements if someone could throw a couple things out there for me it would be great.

Thanks,
Chris

You look Great! Major changes in 4 months time. My biggest suggestion is to make sure you are getting plenty of protein every 3 hours. This will make sure you grow & recuperate.

What Chadd said............diet (amounts & times) stats, lifting schedule & goals. That way everyone knows what's going on with your program.

btw.......WELCOME!

Thanks for your post everyone. I didn't know that I would be getting responses this quick.

I am 5'9" 160lbs. I eat a can of tuna and drink a slim fast around every two hours between 9-5. I work out every other day. I work on one muscle group per workout for about 3 hrs with mid-set work outs. Example bench 3 sets then shurg or curl then do calf raises. Not heavy just decent weight with high reps. Then go back to main muscle group.
