Ran 2short M1T cycles. I hit 365x5 raw before and I was clean but I weighed 250 then. Make it a lot harder to hit big numbers while losing weight

Next time, try and get it with correct form so you dont run the risk of blowing out your back. Stick that ass to the bench and let the chest do the work!!

seriously man whats with the MAJOR arch, thats not just a slight bend your feet are practically even with your shoulders. Put your ass on the bench and use some proper from, you are only cheating yourself. But you obviously have some good strength, now just use it correctly. Good luck

Alright bro before you start bashing somebody's lifts why don't you know what the hell you are talking about first. Have you ever even seen a PL bench?? First off anybody in their right mind can see my ass is on the bench. Second this is PL here bro i'm not trying to develop muscle i'm trying to move the most weight possible. It's funny that a friend of mine is a judge at PL meets and he said my form was right on and would be passed easy in any fed. Here is a pic of Jennifer Maile. She is a buck stud and look at her arch (o ya this lift got 3white lights) and incase you don't know what that means, her lift was passed by every judge

I just can't believe how ppl will have no idea what they are talking about yet still give negative feedback

I compete in NASA PL tournaments. What organization do you compete in? I'm not positive on the standards, but I was always told to keep my feet FLAT on the floor. I've been to 7 or 8 regional, state and 1 National meet and I have never seen anyone with that much arch. I'm not saying you ass is not on bench, but I can see light under it. NASA is very strict on rules though. Regardless, you're damn strong for 19. Have you ever tried the hook method when benching? It might have another name, but you press back more than up off of the bottom?

More of an IPF standard. I got a good arch only the bottom of my ass is on the bench and my crotch is practically on the bench, but believe me when I say my ass is on the bench

If you ever want to compete in NASA, drop me a PM. There are a lot of good guys around. You would put up some nice numbers and probably set some records. You'd have to modify your form a little, but no biggies. We had a guy come from IBF and compete once at a meet. He got pissed, really pissed after his lifts were red lighted. In NASA your feet do have to be flat footed and all of your ass has to touch the bench. What do you mean by suicide grip? In NASA, as long as some portion of your hand is in contact with the powerband, you're good to go.

suicide grip is where u don't wrap your thumbs around the bar. O and I looked at the vid about 15more times and the ligh u see is from under my lower back not my ass. I do agree however, that only the bottom of my ass touches the bench. Yeah and if I decide to start competing in NASA i'll have to give ya a ring later bro
