about what? the extra cals of junk food? its part of the game bro. the extra cals allow you to put on mass in a faster amount of time. there is always a time for cutting and a time for bulking.

You have already made up your mind so im not even going to try and make you understand. Keep eating clean and you will be the 130lbs that you are for the rest of your life.

Lately I've read several pros that claim that they are keeping their diet clean all year now (even Lee Priest, who used to exemplify the kind of lifestyle you're talking about). They seem to still be packing on the mass--granted, they are genetically gifted. Do you really think that us mere humans need to eat "dirty" to put on mass? A calorie surplus is a calorie surplus, the extra calories have to go somewhere whether they're complex carbs or simple sugars.

What you have read in mags has nothing to do with what guys on the pro level are really doing. The mags are a buisness trying to make money, not tell a real story.

nah actually when i wake up naked on the scale with no fluid or anything in me im 136, but i am 5'3 bro if i was 5''10 i would be close to 200 lbs. Look at my pics bro. Im not saying im jacked but i aint no skinny piece of shit. eating garbage is just being lazy so you dont have to eat as much clean foods in my opinion. Anyone can gain a few lbs eating donuts and candy. I also recalling you saying to someone else in their post when they bulked up with too much fat that the point of bulking isnt just eating whatever you feel like.

Thats not the point. I eat very strict as I am doing now when its time to cut. But when its time to bulk its time to take in the cals. Try taking in 5k calories with all clean food. Me and vander are talking eating for bodybuilding purposes. You are talking about looking looking good in a gym. When im in off season I eat 9 meals a day. I take in eggs, meats, oatmeals, veggies, 2 gals of water and so on. On top of that I eat the junk food to take in more cals. Try eating just 1 day the way I do in the offseason and then tell me im lazy. I hate when people have an oppinion on something that they know nothing about.

Looking good bro, just curious, how long have you been using gear? I am natural now, but have considered using gear to add some size. I am 5'9 ish also. Only 185 though. If you have any good advice on this thing, let me know. Thanks Bro, keep up the hard work

He probably won't answer that, but I remember somewhere he posted it and it wasn't that long. He said he got really good genes.

I ate 9 meals a day for about three years straight and then cut back when I was trying to get lean. It was really nice not to have to cook as much and stop to eat every two hours. I'm back to 9-10meals a day again--I forgot how much work it was but I guess it's what it takes.

well when im prepping i do 3 body parts a day 3 sets a body part 20 reps and lots of drop and super sets .

i also walk on a very high incline in my last 5 weeks.

my offseason routine is pretty much 1 body part a week reps of 8-15 .
