I'm 31.
I started weightlifting in High School. It was my gym elective every semester. After HS I was fairly active but typical 20's drinking and fast fooding packed weight on me. I did Weight Watchers and worked with a personal trainer to lose that and my body responded really well. I was vegetarian at the time and for 7 years total. I eat some meat now. I did some powerlifting. My numbers aren't even worth posting! I love that sport. My body seems well suited for physique/bb, or so I have been told. But- I'm about 5'6 and I have been dieting for 13 weeks and I can't get my weight to drop below 141 although my bf% keeps dropping.... This is my first time doing this so I'm learning! Lately I have been doing SL deads but I would DL every other Leg Day, (alternate with Squat) so once a week. |

I keep looking back and i'm getting an inferiority complex here. Why can't I have striations down my spinal cord, massive traps and a really good v taper? Sounds like I need some glutamine.

Beefcake your avatar is awesome! I use protein from www.trueprotein.com and during my bulking phase this winter I used Beverly International; Ultra 40 (3 w/every meal) and Mass Amino (3 w/every meal) I was strict with my bulking phase like I am with contest prep. I didn't want to get fat. I got my pinches done every 2-3 weeks to make sure I was gaining muscle. It was awesome. I have one more show.
