Thanks bro. I've spent too much time on the super heavy deadlifts and not enough working on width, so thats the goal for next year

the show is in brantford, ON, just a level 1
Stats are surprising, my small frame makes everything look bigger. The day of these pics, I was:
5'8.5"
208lbs
bf 7-8% (the amount of water I'm holding made it hard to tell)
