Bench Contest

Yeah his name was Bubba. Guy did like a 570 bench. I think his BW is around 350. A friend of mine that I went there with won the damn thing with a lift of 480 and a BW of 198.

Damn I'll have to get measured again. I know I've gotten a bit bigger since I started this cycle. Lifting more and all the clothes are fitting tight haha. Hope not to much is water weight since I do feel a hell of a lot stronger.

Well, despite your height, your arms look pretty large, I would guess 16". Does your height give you an advantage or disadvantage in comparison to your co-lifters?

Neither really. I was lifting no where close to this when I started training so it was just from busting my ass hard that I got here. I think my deads are low though because of height. So I just have to train harder there.
