been awhile. figured id post an update.
Well, it's been probably 6 months since I've posted any update pictures, and I'm just getting back into serious training after getting taken for a ride by a bitch of a woman.

heres how I look now.

Man, if it wasn't for a bitch of a woman I might not have ever started working out in the first place. I took all my anger and frustration and put it to good use by ligting lots of heavy shit. Along with lots of determination that's all you'll need to make success. Lookin' good bro. Keep it up.
