Here's my updated pic about 30 mins or so after my back workout

Yeah, we can trade.
I am 275 now and want to get down to 245 by March 06'. I play semi-pro ball and want to go to the All-Star game for tight-end and not just d-tackle. By dropping the weight and doing my plyos, I should get the speed and quickness I need for that position. Yeah, I know it's Winter, but I am trying to look at the bigger picture. I may load up after the season. I plan on doing a cutting cycle starting in December, depending on my scholastic schedule and project load. Trying to get finished up with my degree before I turn 90, so I am trying to practice good time management and my lifts are lacking. I am getting the dreaded cardio in though.
